SUPREME COURT By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. At the Supreme Co.urt, .Tames Farrelly, alias Speneerly, and David Creamer, who were convicted of broking and entering, were remanded for sentence. Frederick Ciibbs, charged with stealing £3O and a watch, belonging to a discharged soldier. at a boarding-house, was found guilty, sentence being deferred. James McQuilkin, charged with stealing two lottles of wine from the stewper Remuera, was acquitted.
