ACCUSED CHARGED WITH THEFT, By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Ni°ht. The Bttratongan, Tueta Kai Xuku, who was arrested subsequent to the shooting of Kenneth Livingstone, on Mr. Rolleston's run at Mangapehi, on July 2S, appeared on remand in the Police Court, and wa* charged with breaking and entering the dwelling of Charles Frederick Macfarlane, at Tiroa, near Te Kuiti, on July 28th, and with stealing ;K4 12s Cd in money and a pocket-book, the property of Macfarlane. Accused, who is 23 years of age, was remanded to appear at Te Kuiti on August 14,
