MUNITIONS FOR RUSSIA. ; ANTI-GERMAN TRADE SYMPATHY. Vancouver, August 4. Marquis Inow, who is passing through Canada from London, says at the close of the war Japan will certainly return Kaiochau to China. The majority of the munitions for the present Russian offensive were made in Japan and shipped through Vhtdivostock. Japan is thoroughly in sympathy with the anti-Ger-man trade conference.
