SERIOUS CHARGE AGAINST & SOLICITOR. By Celegraph.—Press Association. Pahiatua. August 2. William Tosswell, a well-known solicitor, who sold his business last year and who was arrested at Palmcrston North and committed foi trial at. the September sitting of the Supreme Court, was charged at .Mastcrton on several charges of alleged theft of trust monies. A considerable sum is involved. The hearing occupied two days. Accused lately filed a petition in bankruptcy. He formerly held important public positions here
