A communique states: We took the offensive westward of Luck and broke through the whojg of the first line, and are now advancing. The cavalry is pursuing the fleeing enemy. We captured forty-six guns, including six mortars, six mschine'guns, fifty officers, two generals; two regimental commanders, and pver nine thousand men. We defeated the enemy in the valley rivers Slonevki and Boldurjpvka. upbn the whole line. Explosions and fires have occurred at Brody, which we aptured at 6.30 in the ■norning.
