It is due to tin* mental depression caused by lack of proper food and (lie losses mused hi the war. There ha' been a sensational suicide or murder in lierlin every otlier day for i'lie past two weeks. Two killed another in a manicure parlour. They beheaded her with a razor, packed her body in a trunk and sent it to another city. There have been many nimilar gruesome crimes.
