SALE OF HARBOR BOARD RESERVES.
Messrs. Nolan ami Co. uiul Webster Bros, hold a most successful Ruction sale of New Plymouth Harbor Hoard leases yesterday afternoon. The leases submitted are situated at the foot of Cnrrie Street adjoining the Station yards avul offer splendid sites for warehouses, bilk stores, etc. Tn all, 17 lots were submitted, 14 bei/ig sold at the upsets. It is understood .that building operations will be commenced on all the recently purchased sites an an early date. The following are the particulars of lots submitted and sold, and may be taken as an indication of the move now being made in this town to bring it most up-to-date in modern buildings, and shows the confidence in the town and district generally:— Lot 1, corner section to Currie and Gill Street, with a frontage of 41ft fiin, upset 309 per ft. per annum (pataed).
