HOME RULE. METHOD OP SETTLEMK By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Received July 18, 5,5 p.m. London, July 17. Jlr. Asquith, in the House of Commons, announced that the Home Rule Amending Bill will be introduced before the recess, and a permanent settlement of the Irish question will be eonidered by an Imperial Conference after the war. This was a matter on which both parties v.j'e agreed.
