X, A VIGOROUS THRUST. EXTENSIVE RUSSIAN ADVANCE. JUBKS LOSE GROUND GAINED. Received July 16, 5.10 p.m. _ Petrograd, July 15. Communiques show that the' Grand !Duke Nicholas organised a vigorous thrust in Armenia, along the vallev of the Euphrates, where the Russians, 'in a few days, advanced twenty-five miles in th£ direction of the military depot of Erzingan, forty-five miles distant. The Turks have already lost practically all (bat they gained in the recent offensive. Received July 16, 5.10 p.m. London, July 15. A Russian communique states: A series of new Turkish positions west of Ereernm have been captured. We are now fifteen versts from Raibur. The battle 30Uth-west of Mush is developing successfully. (Mush is 80 miles south by east of EKermn.)'
