[ NORTH TARANAKI'S OUTPUT. During the twelve months ended June 30, there wee received at the Moturoa Freezing Works, 152,742 boxes of butter 'and 1 .-rates of cheese, a decrease of boxes of butter, and an increase of 22,532 crates of cheese, as compared with tie previous twelve months. On the vho'e an increased production was shown, the decrease iu the butter bein? due to a number of butter factories having been converted into cheese factories at the commencement of the season There were 400 boxes of butter and 11 2i)2 crates of cheese in the works op. -Tine SO. 1910, as compared with ) 4*2 boxes of butter and 7323 crates if cheese at the same period of the •>revious year Of the butter, 132,180 boxes were shipped to London, 1045 boxes to West of England, and 10,998 boxes were sold locally or shipped to other Xew Zealand ports. Of the cheese, 77,108 crates were shipped to London, 31.477 crates represented the Government's requireWest of England, and 1154 crates were used loea'ly or shipped to other New Zealand ports. Taken at a very moderate estimate the total value of the dairy produce handled at the Moturoa Freezing Works was £1.232,073 (butter £534,579, cheese £697.176).
