DRAMATIC RUSSIAN ARREST.

The Petrograd correspondent of a London paper lias obtained some details of tlie arrest of General Soukhomlinofl', ex-Minister for War. which, lie says, do credit to the energy and courtesy of tlie authorities in dealing with the ease, and also to t'lie dignified bearing of the ■accused.
