FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for high east to soulh-inst winds northward of New I'lymnnth vd Napier, and moderate to strong winds elsewhere. The barometer has a failing tendency, and unsettled conditions with rain will probably extent over the North Island and northeastern districts of the South Island, with increasing cloudiness elsewhere, A westerly disturbance is likely to pass in the south about Tuesday next.
