TURKS CLAIM SUCCESSES. Received July 11, 10.30 p.m. Amsterdam, July 11. A Turkish communique states: We defiiated the Russians near Sinekon, on the way to Hamadan, and they fled to Kneli where they are being besieged. The Russian offensive in the Caucasus, i-car Tschorpk, failed. We sunk four enemy transports and several sailers. We also ignited a big petroleum depot at Novorogaia.
