; ■«> . A meeting' of the Xew Plymouth Citizens' lJand Committee was held last night. Present: Messrs P.. Solo (chairman), J. McLeod, U. W. Browne, A. Hooker, A. S. Brooker, C. Bond, P. Coleman, K. L. Humphries, A. Alilue, C. Ward, J. Jenkins, P. Brooks, \Y. Coulthard and the secretary (11. It. Catlley). Apulogii'r lor non-attendance were received from Messrs R . Cock and P. White. The !raiidmastei' s salary was increased to £'2(KS per annum, and the secretary's salary to £l."> per annum. The- rules as drawn up were discussed and adopted, the secretary being inslnicted to register same. Several accounts were passed and general routine business dealt with.
