Present indications are for variable winds, easterlies changing to northerlies, then increasing in force; expect cloudy and hazy weather generally, but unsettled and showery northward of Gisborne and Kawhia. \ change is likely to follow in from 24 to 3(1 hours, with rain in many parts of the Dominion. The barometer is unsteady, with a rising tendency in the north, but will fall everywhere shortly.
