FORECAST. By TelegTaph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are somewhat threatening to the north-westward, and heavy rain is probable over the North Island, with cloudy and unsettled weather, and rain generally, snow on higher levels. The barometer is unsteady and likely to fall further in the north. Expect strong northerly winds over the Nortli Inland, and east to south-easterlies elsewhere.
