QUESTIONS IN PARLIAMENT. London, June 28. In the House of Commons, Mr. Lewan was requested not to press a question asking for details of the Irish negotiations. Replying to a question as to the result of hie conference in Paris, Lord Robert Cecil said the object was to consider whether it was desirable to continue the partial enforcement of the Declaration of London.
