A GRAVE SITUATION. GERMANS DEMAND MERCHANDISE. Received June 28, 11 p.m. Berne, June 28. A grave situation has arisen through Germany demanding the merchandise, chiefly ,cotton goods, which the Swiss Government has detained. Germany threatens not to send coal, of which I*2 QOO tons 4iare been delivered daily.
