Washington, June 20. An attempt to blow up the Federal Buildings in New York, including the Post Office, was frustrated. A bomb and sticks of dynamite were found. Mr. Roosevelt has declined nomination as Progressive candidate for the Presidency, and urged his followers to support Mr. Hughes instead.
