i Received June 27, 5.5 p.m. London, June 27. The German press continues to bitterly comment upon the Paris Conference. The Frankfurter Zeitung says that official circles in England took little interest. Mr. Runciman stayed at home, the Earl of Crewe was a distingisiied nonentity and an authority on neckties and waistcoats, but not on economic matters. Then there was Conservative protectionist Bonar Law, and as for Mr. ■Hughes, he was the jingoes' Chief darling, and could not be absent from any official German-eating ceremony.
