Our correspondent at Tongaporntii wired on Saturday afternoon that news had been received tlmt a boy named Johnston was- drowned in ilie Tringa Stream, a small tributary of the Tongaporutu River, at Okau. ' The body has not yet been found. It is supposed that f .!ie boy was trying to cross the stream and fell in. He was a son of Mr. Wilson Johnston, carrier, of Okau.
