THE ALLIES' DEMANDS,
POSITION PUT PLAINLY.

London, June 22. Semi-Official:—The Entente's Note to Greece states:—
Firstly: That the three guarantee!ng Powers do not require Greece to abandon her neutrality, the proof whereof has been put by the demand for demobilisation first, but there are certain complaints about Greece's failure to observe a loyal neutrality, which reached a climax with the Bulgarian Army's entry into Greece, Secondly: Greece's constitution has not been observed, as the Chamber does not reflect the true opinion of the electors.
Thirdly: The Entente protests against t>e tyranny of the gendarmerie and the violation of the people's liberties, for which the guaranteeing powers are responsible. ALLIES' TERMS ACCEPTED. ( London, June 22. Reuter reports that a dispatch from Athens states that Greece has accepted ill the Entente'; demands. THE ALLIES' NOTE. DRASTIC MEASURES REQUIRED. Athens June 22. It is semi-ofineially stated that the Allies' Vote demanded general demobilisation, immediate dissolution of the I.liamher, a general election, and the replacement of certain high authorities. It is Understood the latter include police agents under German influence.

Tj'HE NOTE DEPLORED AND DENOUNCED. Received June 23, 5.5 p.m. Athens, June 22. A deer) impression was made when the evening newspapers published the Entente's note. Venizelist organs deplore its necessity, while the Government organs denounce the Entente's interference, MERELY A BUSINESS CABINET. Received June 23, 10 p.m. Athens, June 23. M. Zaimis visited the Entente Legations, where he gave and received satisfactory assuran-ps that the new Government would be purely a business one. Zaimis is taking the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs; His decision to form a Cabinet has caused intense satisfaction in Athens. "TINO" LEAVES ATHENS. Times and Sydney Sun Services. Athens, June 22. King Constartine and his family have left Athens and are staying at Dakalia Castle. The Allies are issuing a statement jn the strongest terms, explaining the reasons for the blockade, and they will probably demand an immediate general demobilisation. COLLUSION APPARENT. Received June 23, 1C.15 p.m. London, June 23. The Entente's Note to Greece states that there is evidence of collusion by the present Cabinet with the Allies' enemies. This called for firm action, and a guarantee for neutrality. THE RUSSIAN DRIVE. ROUMANIA PREPARED TO DISARM Received June 23, 5.5 p.m. Rome, June 22. II Corriere Delia Sera's correspondent at Bucharest says that the Russians have driven fifty thousand Austrians to the Roumanian frontier, and Roumania is preparing to disarm them if they cross the border.
