San Francisco, June 21.—Arrived, Ventura, from New Zealand. THE RARAWA. The Rarawa was unable to cross the Manukau bar last evening, but it is hoped that she will be able to cross, it this morning. If so, she will arrive about 4 p.m., and will be dispatched at the usual hour to-night. THE OORINNA. The Corinna is to arrive here on Saturday and sail again the same day for Dunedin direct. She will leave the latter port on Tuesday for New Plymouth via the usual ports, and on arriving here will load a quantity of dairy produce to transfer at Weljington. THE NGATORO. | The Ngatoro sailed from Wellington on Wednesday night for Wanganui and New Plymouth, and is expected here today. From here she goes to Greymouth. THE" ANTIOPE. The fine old barque Antiopc, which is at present discharging a cargo of kauri at Melbourne from Kaipara, will, upon the completion of her discharge, load about 1500 tons of scrap iron for Dune- , din. After the vessel completes the discharge of her cargo of scrap iron she will go to Timaru to load a cargo of wheat for South America. A STORMY VOYAGE The Whangape, which arrived at Auckland from Lautoka on Sunday evening, reported having had an exceptionSlly stormy voyage. The steamer left Lautoka a week before, and almost immediately ran into an easterly gale which continued until arrival. Throughout the voyage her decks were awasli, and on several occasions the quarters of one of the engineers were flooded. Heavy seas which swept t)hc vessel broke her steam pipes fore and aft, but otherwise no damage was sustained.
