HOME RULE PARLIAMENT. PROBLEM STILL UNSOLVED. Received June 21, 10,20 p.m. London, June 21. The Daily Telegraph says that certain Ministers are unwilling to see a Home Rule Parliament established during the war. Unionist members of the House of Commons will meet on Wednesday, anfl Irish Unionist Peers will meet on Thursday to discuss the position with Mr. Dillon.
