BOARD OF TRADE.

To the. Editor. Sir,—l notice Mr. W. T Jennings, M.P., is moving in getting the above Board to visit Ohura and report re cost of living there. He is being backed up by the Ohura County Council. As Taranaki's M.P. seems quite satisfied commodities are being retailed here at a fair price, could not our local Chamber ot Commerce sharpen Mr. Okey up a bit and rsk him to arrange for the Board to pay a visit here? The price of bread would warrant it alone. If Mr. Okey would not care to move in the matter, no doubt Mr. Jennings could arrange to work in the Board's visit to Ohura being made via New Plymouth.— 1 am, etc., MATERFAMTLIAS.
