DELEGATES' VIEWS. By Cabh.—Press Association—Copyright (Paris, June 18. T.e Petit Parisien interviewed several delegates to the Economic Conference. M. Potrowsky, the Russian delegate, said the Allies' economic union would make neutrals understand that their interest and security bade them repudiate any possible alliance with the Teutonic nations. v
Earl Crewe said the measures decided upon will receive the approbation of the Allies and neutrals. Our enemies will understand that the Allies' by co-opera-tion of all their resources, nave certainly annihilated the Germans' dream of economic hegemony. M. Sakatani, the Japanese delegate, declared that the Allies' joint effort tended to realise the ideal of peace and I true civilisation. The conference already constituted a moral victory for the Allies.
If. Manikutitch, the Serbian delegate, said tlie discussions at the conference convinced him that the Allies were propared to go far beyond their present def cisions if necessary in order to demon l stftte to tlioir enemies that the pro 4 longation of the war would be more dis4 astrous for them. The Economic Conference closed with resolutions unanimously adopted, which will be published simultaneously in the Allied countries on June 21.
M. liroqueville (Belgium), in a closing speech, said the Allies' collaboration had marked the opening of an era of which the nations now suffering will gather generous fruit., The conference had prepared a defensive coalition for peace time against the evil genius which organised force in the service of crime. The heads of the various delegations spoke similarly.
President I'oincare received the delegates at the Elysec Palace.
