MR. HUGHES AND THE STRANGLE- 1 HOLD? Receive ! June 10, 11.50 p.m. London, June 18, The Daily Mail's correspondent states, that owing to the rigorous censorship it, •3 impossible to publish reports of the proceedings at the Economic Conference, but it may be said that Mr. Hughes has already made himself felt. His policy of a stricter blockade, to ptit the "stranglehold" on Germany, undoubtedly commends it elf to the French member*' of the conference.
