THE LATEST COURTMARTIAL. SERGEANT FLOOD NOT GUILTY. Received June 14, 6.15 p,m. I London, June 13. At the court-martial on Sergeant Robert Flood, of the Dublin Fusiliers, on a charge of murder, the prisoner gave evidence that there were many circumstances that combined to cause him to suspect Lieut. Lucas and Rice. He fully believed that treachery was afoot, and therefore he arrested the men. He believed then, and now, that the brewery would have been captured if he had not Bhot the prisoners. Flood added that he did not believe that the officer he shot was Lieut. Lucas, but somebody who was impersonating him.
