COURT-MARTIAL FOR MURDER. SUSPECTED REBELS SHOT. London, .Tune 12. A court-martial is being held in Dublin on Sergt. Robert Flood, of the Dublin Fusiliers, who <vas charged with murdering Lieutenant Lucas, of King Edward's Horse, and William Rice, an employee in the Guinness Brewcrv, on April 29. It was alleged that Rice was conducting Lucas round the brewery. The Fusiliers' guard were jumpy and suspected Lucas and Rice were rebels. Lucas opened the window, which was contrary to instructions, and Flood arrested Lucas and Rice and shot them Lieutenant Warwick came up and rushed Flood, and' the guard fired, killing Warwick.
