Wellington, Last Night. • Present indications are for strong easterly winds northward of Kawhia and East Cape, and for easterly brec.cs backing to northerlies and freshening elsewhere. Conditions are likely to be unsettled at times in the northern and southernmost districts. Elsewhere, fair weather may be expected, but with increasing haze and cloudiness generally for a change following. The barometer has u falling tendency everywhere.
