(From Our Own Correspondent.) Inglewood, June 10. The North Taranaki Hunt Club bad a most successful day on Thursday at Mr. Budges property just outside, of Inglewood through to Mr. Bert Atkinson's at .. aingona. Hares were very plentiful and a very enjoyable afternoon's sport was experienced. Mr. Budge entertained the party at afternoon tea and Mr. Haleombe returned thanks on behalf of those present. The Town Clerk, Mr. Olson, has enlisted and lias been granted leave of absence, and applications are to be called for a clerk t.o rill the vacancy The '•.Sunflower ICntcrtainors" gave a most successful performance in the Town Hall on Thursday evening. They were unfortunate in striking so many counter-attractions, but, nevertheless, there was a very fair audience. The net proceeds are to be devoted to patriotic purposs.
