THE CADET COMPETITION'. The opening' games in the northern division took plaee yesterday. At the Racecourse, New Plymouth, Cadets defeated High School B by 0 points to 3, after a close contest in which the weight of the victors told. Crone scored a try and Bridgcr kicked a penalty goal for the winners, Woods scoring a try for the losers. •
Technical College journeyed to Waitara and were defeated by the Waitara cadets by 11 points to fi.
