A GERMAN TOOL. GREECE RULED BY A MILITARY DESPOT. Received June 8, 1 a.m. , London, June 7. if. Vemzelos openly accuses tlie Greek General Staff of preparing a Germanic alliance. Dr. Dillon, in the Daily Telegraph, declares that Greece is now ruled .after the Prussian model by General Dusmanis, who holds the threads of government and employs four hundred spies, provided bv the German Baron Schenck. The ferment among the populace against Germans is hourly increasing. General Dusmanis contemplates the proclamation of martial law and the arrest of M. Venizelos.
