RUN OVER BY TRAM. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christehurch, June 8. •Tohn Harvey, a well-known Canterbury representative footballer, was run over by a tramcar and his right leg completely severed. He lies at the hospital in a low condition. Harvey, Who is deaf and dumb, was alighting from the car, and slipped under the wheels.
