FORECAST, By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last' Night. Present indications are for moderate to strong northerly winds, with a falling barometer everywhere soon. Weather cloudy and unsettled, and rain probable in northern and southernmost districts, and also on the West Coast of the South Island.
