MOKE SECTIONS GRANTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellngtorij Last Night, The Wellington Land Board lias granted the following applications under the Discharged Soldiers' Settlement Act: —Section 18, Block 10, Hnngaroa, 524 acres, C. I. Holmes; Section 41, Block 6, Humia, 105 acres, X. A. Kopke; Eection 24, Block 6 ,H»utapu, :ilo acres, C. Nettlefold; Section 2ti, Block 4, Puketo i, 200 acres, N. T. Hansen. The foregoing is all first-class land. The following applications for sections in the Pomvhakarua block were granted —Section 9, E. Greenwald; 10, H. R. A. Hoi lis; 11, C. A. Warrilow; 13, D. Thompson; 14, R. G. Carter, Jnr.; 17, R. Carter, Senr. The Board to-morrow considers applications for sections in the Hall-Jones settlement.
