Sir, —If the Government are to commandeer cheese this season at it fixed price, it is to he hoped tliey will commandeer and supply to the producer the necessary commodities, such as implements, manures, labor, etc., at a normal price, or else allow them to sell in the open market, the same as the wool king, etc., and hit the lot up with a decent excess profit tax.—l am, etc., KENOWRI.
