He says: "I hasten to assure our allies that my son possesses no official standing in the Cabinet that is being formed by the Ministers remaining in Montenegro, and he ceases to be part of my Government and will not possess the power to rule. I hope that by the help of God and our valiant allies Montenegro will soon bo delivered."
