FAREWELLS FORBIDDEN. Times and Sydney Sun Services. London, May 22. Copenhagen reports state that the (ieruian military authorities have forbidden wives and children' saying farewell at the stations, as the heartrending scenes are _ depressing to the soldiers and civilians. Turbulent crowds are causing the authorities trouble. MORE BERLIN FOOD TICKETS. Amsterdam, May 22. The new regulations in Berlin allow every bread ticket-holder half-a-pound of meat or fat weekly. (The tickets for bread, butter, etc., do not imply that these articles are given free, but are only permits to purchase.)
