The annual meeting of parishioners of St. Cutlvbert's (Anglican) Church, Manaia, was liekl last week. The 'balancesheet showed that receipts had increased liv £45, the' Ladies' Guild having contributed' £SO towards the expenses. The following officers were elected: \ icar s warden, Mr. J. Taylor; people's warden, Mr F Walker; vestrymen, Messrs G-ee, Gorrinee, Hammonds, Haytor, Gree.nliill, Hotter, Mellor, and Lowe. Mr. Taylor was elected local treasurer. Mr. y, H. Hobday, was re-elected auditor
