THE LADIES'ASSOCIATION. ' By Telegraph.—Press Association. > Wellington, Last Night.. At the annual meeting of the New Zealand Ladies' Hockey Association there was a fair attendance of delegates, Mr, W, Roberston presiding. The' balance-' sleet showed £205 assets, including 5147 011 fixed deposit, and liabilities nil. The matter of the legality of hooking sticks was, discussed and was referred to the management committee. It wa» resolved unanimously that a tournament tl'ould be held this season. The following officers were elected: Patron, Lady Liverpool: president, Mr. T. M. Wilford; vice-presidents, to be elected by the affiliated associations; management committee, Misses Fulton, Harvey, Monteith, McKay, and Simoni; secretary, Miss Moore; treasurer, MUs Saunders; auditor, Mr. H. A. Lamb.
