FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for moderate to strong south-easterly winds, backing by east to north in and northward of Cook Strait, and freshening nortberlies elsewhere. Expect cloudy, misty, and humid conditions, with rain following, especially southward of New Plymouth and Castle, point, the barometer falling everywhere for a westerly disturbance in the' South.
