TRADES UNION'S DRASTIC RESOLUTIONS. Hobart, May 18. The Trades Union Cpneress passed a motion urging the Government to alter the constitution and provide for absolute preference to unionists. It also called on the Government to confiscate all net rent, interests and profits over £3OO a year. I ■
