DANGERS OF DRUGS London, May 14. Commenting on the Arijiy Council's action in forbidding the sale of cocaine and other drugs to soldiers, the Daily Graphic states that the action wag not unexpected by hospital doctors. Though the drug habit is mostly confined to one of tlie colonial forces, it is true that some officers carry morphia to lessen the acute agony when being moved in ambulances; also undoubtedly thero are many cases of doping by male and female creatures at railway termini. A medical writer urges men to be warned of the grave dangers of doping by strangers, who, if they happen to kill their victim, know what the soldier does not, that the Thames is bjuidy to their haunts. < ANTI-CONSCRIPTIONISTS HECKLED. London, May 14. Many members of the Anti-German League and Anti-Peace Society endeavoured to prevent anti-conseriptionists entering a meeting in a hall in South Place, Moorgate Street.
