SOLDIERS GOING ON THE LAND.
SOME SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, May 11. At a special meeting of the Hawke's Bay Land Board to-day 70 applicants were examined for land for discharged soldiers in Takapau and Norsewood survey districts.
