FARMERS' CO-OPERATIVE ORGANISATION SOCIETY OF NEW ZEALAND, LIMITED, under instructions from the First Mortgagee, will offer for sale by Public Auction at its fortnightly sale, to be held at Opunake on MONDAY, the 15th day of May, 1916, at 1 p.m., the undermentioned Leasehold Farm, namelyAll that parcel of land situate in - the Taranaki Land Registration District, containing twenty acres, be the same a little more or less, being section 29 of Block X. on the Public Maps of the Opunake Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised in Renewed Lease from the Public Trustee under "The West Coast Settlement Reserves Act, 1592," recorded in Register Book, Volume 79, folio 159, Taranaki Registry.
