ADVANCE ON BAGHDAD. ANOTHER SUCCESS. Received May 11, 9.50 p.m. Petrograd, May 11. (A communique states: German attacks near Sworgon, and also south of Kreivo, were repulsed. We checked a Turkish offensive at Mamahatun, in the Caucasus', and occupied the town of Kasrichirin, in the direction of Baghdad, capturing munition reserves and several hundred thousand cartridges, shells, grenades, telegraph material, the camel supply, and a convoy of provision*.
