WELLINGTON SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Associations Wellington, last Night At the Supreme Court to-day, a man named Sing, a Chinaman, was charged with indecently assaulting a little' girl in hia shop. Ha was found guilty, and was Yeraanded for sentence. Thomas Brown was convicted of the thett of £5 from the person of a soldier, and was nlfjo remanded for sentence. John Skivington was charged with assaulting Solo* mon Myers, so as to cause bodily linrm. The ease arose out of a motor, accident, wherein Skivington, while trying to jfega a tram car, struck Myers who suffered serious, injuries. The • case is not finished.
