SPRING IS COMING,
ACTIVE PREPARATIONS. ARMY ON RUMANIAN FRONT. Received May 7, 5.5 p.m. Bucharest, May 6. Hasty preparations are being made on both sides of the Danube, and this is evidence that a new wat is coming in the Balkans in the early spring. Bulgaria has concentrated 175,000 and Germany 35,000 men on the Rumanian frontier. In well-informed circles it is believed to be certain that Bulgaria will soon march on Dobrudjda. The Bulgarians demand that they shall light or be allowed to return to their homes. >
BULGARS AND AUSTRIANS. HAVE AX EIGHT,HOURS' FIGHT. Received May 7, 5.5 p.m. London, May 6. Athens reports that there is intense animosity among the Bulgarian and Austrian troops, who fought for eight hours north of Ondovo station till German forces intervened and separated them.
