London, April 29. Mr. Hughes toured Glasgow and spoke to members of twenty Chambers of Commerce. Sir Thos. Mackenzie, following, said that Mr. Hughes fired ".lack Johnsons" into the old theories. He did not believe that Britain had so degenerated as to extend trade and friendship to the murderers of the Dominions' sons immediately the war was over. There wa'3 something more than buying in the cheapest market.
